Staf was very friendly. Nice new rooms, free wifi. They booked the boat to phi phi for us and were picked up at the hotel. Close to restaurants and the tong saws to Ao Nang. Highly recommended!

Wifi not fast enough for Skype. Breakfast was not extensive but sufficient.

Excellent hotel with a very good quality/price rapport. For a modest price (750thb), you have a large room, really clean and comfortable, all new with a such comfy bed. Free wifi (high speed). Bathroom is clean too. Well located, you can find a lot of restaurants & night market close to the hotel. Nice staff. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Tv: only Asian channels (nothing in english). Breakfast could be a bit more diversified (only coffee/tea/toast/banana)...but for this price it's ok!

The wooden flooring gives an impression of staying in old mansion and the cleanliness of the place.

The breakfast is very very basic. The location is in the city which goes dead by 09:00 pm and no restaurants around are open after that. For dinner, we managed some juice since no authentic restaurant was open and hotel does not have in-house restaurant. Though the location is called 'walking street, its deserted after 09:00pm. Please dont stay here if you are on a holiday. You will struggle for everything. Except for bathroom, there are no switches to put the lights on/off in the room, so we had to unplug the power cords of bed lamps (wondering how would one put the bed lamp on in the darkness). For mobile/laptop charging, power connectors are of two pins, so one need to be prepared with such adaptors which hotel does not provide.

Orange Tree House was a great stopover in Krabi town right by the markets. They also gave us a great tip on where to eat when we were total newbies in the town. I would totally recommend the place for the value for money.

We were really impressed with Orange Tree House, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. We had problems with a flight booking we'd made previously and the staff made calls for us and were really helpful and friendly and wanted to do everything they could to assist, despite the fact the booking had nothing to do with them. They really went above and beyond. The hotel is great value for money, if you are looking for budget accommodation you can't get much better than this one. It's spotlessly clean, comfortable and well designed with a modern vibe. The rooms have everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Krabi who does not have a budget to stay in the expensive resorts or hotels.

Rooms are shabby , however quite reasonably priced . The rooms could be refurbished.

Everything! The room was perfect. Staff was superb friendly and helpfull. Free internet/computer. Discount on trips. Breakfast included (though quite simple.) And all of this for a perfect price!
